"Soraya is very professional. She knows all the ins and outs of the real estate transaction and is very detailed in communicating the status of your sale at every step along the way. One key aspect to a great real estate agent is not just who she is but who she knows, her contacts. Invariably an item will need to be fixed in the home or an issue taken care of that requires outside assistance and her recommendations were always financially prudent and very good at their craft. Soraya knows who to call to resolve any and every problem you might encounter. Having that list of competent contacts makes it very reassuring when problems arise. She is always readily available by phone, text, or email. She even initiated our sale while on vacation going above and beyond in taking her time to initiate the sale of our property getting it onto the MLS quicker than we had thought possible. We highly recommend Soraya for any real estate transaction. - Thanks Soraya, great job."

"I came to Arizona when my brother and his wife passed away and had to deal with house and some property they owned. I asked a neighbor for a realtor recommendation and I contacted Soraya Doser and she promptly contacted me and explained what she would do to get these properties sold and she would utilize her contacts for estate sale, cleaners, landscapers as needed to take this problem out of my hands. She even walked the property with me in the rain to find the water that I knew was on the property. She kept me informed each step of the way and explained each issue that came up. Both properties are sold and Soraya handled each and every issue for me and I could not be more pleased. I can 100% give my recommendation to contact Soraya Doser if you need help with real estate. "As the executor of my cousin's estate, I found Soraya to be an invaluable asset. Our family lives in another state and from the time we first went to look at the property to the time of sale, Soraya was with us all the way through the process, which was lengthy due to the dealing with the death in the family before being able to put the house on the market. She introduced us to the area and gave us recommendations, met other family members when they went to deal with aspects of the estate, and even pulled weeds for us! She truly made the process easier and was our boots on the ground in Arizona. We highly recommend her for her expertise, compassion, and attention to detail. "

  -Catherine, Client

"Our first meeting was a Sunday late afternoon. I had contacted Soraya to view a Resort home, not knowing what to expect in a 55+ community and what was a Resort? Soraya explained what the benefits were; I was sold. Our offer was accepted, and quickly into escrow. Soraya had always been accessible to answer any questions. Soraya is more like a friend, keeping my wits together as I had a very short timeline to get everything moved after the closing. This was a spur of the moment purchase, moving was not even on the radar. I had appointments back in Idaho; I quickly realized that it is possible to move without any packing boxes. The bonus of this home was it was fully furnished. The movers took my limited furniture to the new garage, and I took many, many loose loads. The previous home was now ready for marketing, and I was home for my appointment with fifteen hours to spare. Soraya went above and beyond with the final requirements for the subsequent sale of my home. Soraya's #One"
